Reads comments about sizes, thinks ok, it's got a nice breakdown of parts, I grab the ones I'll probably most want.

Come now Duncan, I know he's your alliance mate, but you had to have facepalmed at using at least 5 tracks from other very popular eve vids from the last couple of years.

As for choice of music matching the action, that's pretty basic stuff most would agree with. No one would claim it to be a good video if it was backed by the Teletubbies themetune on loop or something equally out of place. Sometimes chill tunes work to counter the depiction what would have probably been a stressful/epic fight. But not when it just seems to break the flow of the vid. It was only a brief bit anyway iirc.
And I was waiting for the Deimos, Oneiros and Talos footage but that's not up in mkv yet, so I watched the other bits to get a gist of what I would be in for.
Absolutely I'm glad people make these videos and are out there doing the small gang pew in the first place. Feedback helps people improve, no? May the next release be better. Hydra members should know they're held to high standards based on their comrades' work. |
